CONTEND: /kÉ™nˈtend/ engage in order to win
The book of Jude was written for moments exactly like ours. When truth is blurred, convictions are mocked, and faith feels pressured to stay quiet, Jude speaks up and says, “Contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints.” This week at camp, CONTEND isn’t about being loud, angry, or combative—it’s about standing firm, loving deeply, and living faithfully in a world that constantly pushes back. Students will learn how to contend by knowing what they believe and why, by resisting cultural lies with biblical truth, by showing courage in conversations at school and online, by choosing holiness when compromise feels easier, and by trusting Jesus enough to live differently. Jude reminds us that God keeps His people, strengthens their faith, and uses ordinary believers to stand for extraordinary truth—and this week, that includes you.

What are "After Parties?"
Thrive Camp "After Parties" are large group gatherings following our evening worship session where students are encouraged to interact, laugh, and enjoy time together. These gatherings are short, high energy, last-part-of-the-night celebrations on the lighted basketball courts... and they are THEMED!

Campers over the last two years have had a blast searching their closets and their local thrift stores for outfits and accessories for these parties to make some memories!
Sunday Night-Tuesday Night:
TBA
Wednesday Night: Worship on the Beach
Our last After Party will be a special one. On our last night, we'll ditch the outfits, lights, and DJ sounds for a night of acoustic worship led by our camp band right on the beach. Tiki torches and loud voices. This will be a night to remember.
